The demonic burpee

Came up with this little exercise routine. Give it a go and see what you think.

Always make sure to warm up before you undertake any exercise like this. I’d recommend at least a 10 minute warm up before trying this. You want to make sure you’ve warmed up all your joints and have a light sweat on to ensure all your muscles are warmed up correctly.

This workout including a 10 minute warm up should take about 35 mins. Remember to do a nice stretching routine after you’ve trained!
