Brekkie Amuse-Bouche

Well, this was super tasty. A brilliant way to make a fancy brekkie treat. The combination of the crispy bacon, basil infused fried sourdough and scrambled eggs, plus the zingy romesco sauce and parmesan, all adds up to a pretty darn good amuse bouche.
