Chicken Schnitzel Tomato and Mozzarella Wrap

A tasty little number here. You will need a sandwich press to do this. Well worth the purchase if you don’t have one, but you should find one in most work places if they have a half decent kitchen.

You will need;

1 Chicken Schnitzel – You can get pre cooked ones in most super market delis

Ripe Tomato

Mozzarella – I use Bocconcini


Spinach and Rocket

1. Get the chicken schnitzel on the sandwich press and get it heated up. While it’s doing this slice the tomato and Bocconcini. Grate about half a tablespoon of the parmesan.

2. Get the schnitzel and slice. Sprinkle some of the Parmesan on the wrap and a bit of the relish. Add the chicken then the tomato then the slices of Bocconcini. Season with a touch of pepper then add the spinach and rocket. Roll up using some of the relish as the wrapglue™

3. Pop the wrap on the sandwich press and cook for about 6-7 mins or until the cheese has melted. It should start oozing a bit out the sides. Remove from the sandwich press and slice in half.

Sorted! Enjoy.

Warning: the filling will be hot. Don’t be impatient like me and dive straight in and burn your mouth.
