How not to make a Pasta Bake

Well, this didn’t really work, but it has potential. I wanted to put this up, even though it didn’t really work because I think with some adjustments it could be really tasty.

I also wanted to show you this because you will make mistakes, and some recipes won’t work out quite as you wanted. The main thing is to learn from your mistakes and figure out how to make it better.

My recommendation for this recipe is to use an extra tin of tomatoes and pre-cook the pasta. For my version, the pasta was a bit tough and the whole thing was a bit dry. With those tweaks I think this recipe would be excellent. It’s a great thing to do with some leftover bolognese.

Serve it with a dressed side salad and some freshly shaved parmesan. Check it out and give it a go! Happy cooking. 🙂
