A nice classic here.
You will need;
- Organic Free Range Eggs – roughly chopped (Boiled for 8 mins from cold)
- Free Range Ham
- Avocado – Mash up and season with salt and pepper
- Pickle – Sliced
- Lettuce Mix
- Tomato – Sliced
- Relish of Choice
1. Spread the avo mixture over the wrap. Add the eggs, the ham then the pickle. Add some mustard, then the tomato and lettuce. Season with a pinch of salt and add some grated cheese if you like. Finish with some pickle relish. Mayo would work here as well, but it would be healthier without 🙂
Wrap it up and and we’re done. So simple, healthy and tasty.
